1-Year Warranty

At Poedager  by Vendeta, every timepiece is a testament to craftsmanship, precision, and lasting quality. To ensure your confidence in our products, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

✅ What the Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Watch movement

  • Dial and hands

  • Crown functionality

  • Internal mechanism faults

If your watch experiences any of the above issues within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap aging, fading)

  • Battery replacement

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

🔧 Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Email us at coalindia66@gmail.com with your order ID and description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return and service process.

📦 Shipping & Service:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service center.

  • After repair or replacement, the product will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.

🕒 Warranty Period:

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after the warranty period will not be eligible.
