• Please note that all products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact. All items should be unused and in brand-new condition.
  
• GIFT BOX is not eligible for returns or exchanges as it is considered a final sale item.
• Products purchased during FLASH SALES or FINAL SALES (like BOGO & B2G1) can only be replaced or exchanged.

Refunds -
Refund is processed to original payment source or UPI. We'll contact you regarding refund. Reverse shipping cost of ₹90 is deducted.

Return & refund processing timeline - 
For approval it will take 1 day, once its approved, the refund will be credited back to your source account or the account specified by customer within 2 days.

 

Exchange

If you'd prefer exchange, just contact us on 8882852082 with details like order ID and product you'd like to exchange with. We'll initiate the pickup and shipment for the same

Exchange / replacement timeline

Exchange/replacement to be requested within 2 days, picked up and checked by day 5, and replacement dispatched by day 6.

• Day 1–3: Request exchange/replacement within 3 days of delivery.

• Day 4–6: Product pickup and quality check.

• Day 6-7: Dispatch of replacement item.
