Return & Refund Policy

 

  • RETURNS allowed till 2 days after delivery due to any reason
  • A reverse shipping cost of ₹100 is deducted on returns
  • Refund is processed to bank account.

    Product is picked up within 1-2 days after costumer initiates return.
    Refund is processed within 2-3 days after return pickup & quality check.
  • Please note that all products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact. All items should be unused and in brand-new condition.
  • GIFT BOX is not eligible for returns or exchanges as it is considered a final sale item.

Refunds -
Refund is processed to original payment source or Bank account.  Reverse shipping cost of ₹100 is deducted.

Return & refund processing timeline - 
For approval it will take 1 day, once its approved, the refund will be credited back to your source account or the account specified by customer within 2-3 days.

 

Exchange

If you'd prefer exchange, just contact us on 8882852082 with details like order ID and product you'd like to exchange with. We'll initiate the pickup and shipment for the same
No reverse shipping cost or deductions on exchange.

Exchange / replacement timeline

Exchange/replacement to be requested within 2 days, picked up and checked by day 5, and replacement dispatched by day 6.

  • Day 1–3: Request exchange/replacement within 3 days of delivery.

  • Day 4–6: Product pickup and quality check.

  • Day 6-7: Dispatch of replacement item.
